South Bay Welcome Packages

SouthBayWelcome.com is a partnership between Real Estate Brokerages, select South Bay Restaurants and the Jill Sanders Gallery. The South Bay Welcome Closing Gift Packages are designed to create lasting memories of the South Bay. The Packages consist of a local Metal Print , a Gallery Gift Certificate and dinners at some of the South Bay’s Best Restaurants. The “Ocean View” and “Ocean Front” Packages leave powerful memories with buyers and sellers long after the deal is done.

Jill Sanders Metal Prints represent a vibrant new medium for displaying photography They are scratch-resistant and waterproof making them ideal for kitchens, bathrooms or any high traffic area. The Floating Frame is an upgrade from the Metal Hanger and is usually reserved for larger prints because of cost. The Gift Certificate can be applied to the purchase of any single Jill Sanders image on the website or in the Gallery. No change is given for purchases less than the value of the gift certificate. Gift Certificates cannot be used to pay state taxes
